2026 Updates (I’m still alive)
Finally! I’m almost free! A good part of my disappearance from here was entirely due to the fact that, in the middle of our backpacking trip, my partner and I decided to go back to the place where we were born and raised. We needed to get a car and for me to finally get that notorious driver’s license I’ve spent my whole life avoiding. So, after a while on the road, we stopped everything to return to it: the brazilian megalopolis, one of the inspirations for the cyberpunk genre, a cosmopolitan city where, if you’re poor and live in the outskirts, doing anything takes at least 3 hours on a packed bus, the infamous….

The place I thought I wouldn't be coming back to anytime soon……….. but this place ALWAYS pulls me back in! ʕ ಠ ᴥ ಠʔ
Because of that, I spent most of my free time lately resolving all these chores and headaches so that, as much as possible, I wouldn't have to return here anytime soon again. And my to-do list is almost complete!

So, once I'm motorized and have most of my problems in this city sorted out, we’ll be back on our backpacking trip soon, and I’ll get back to having a more "normal" life (I miss the sea, I miss the mountains, I miss the woods…..). I owe you guys a bunch of posts; my "post ideas" tab is already huge. To start easing back into it, I’ve started tinkering with my little gadgets again!

This one came up during a conversation with my partner GiFavetta while we were watching Globo Rural. Since it’s pine nut (pinhão) season, there was a great report on how difficult it is to harvest them. So, why not think about how to use technology to help us with cool things like… food, instead of trying to destroy our neighbors? :)

And that was my quick post of the day. I’m trying to get back to doing everything, like finally finishing the RPG Maker game for Dona Mirtes that we were working on, and making all the other thousand drawings I scheduled to do but didn't have a single drop of energy for!

Don't forget to stay hydrated, avoid cities if possible, and see you next time! ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/
